We want you to be completely satisfied with your SKIMS purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items such as underwear and opened shapewear are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason for the request to help us improve our fit.

  Print & Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items with all original tags and liners intact.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
